Venue

The Autumn School will take place at A09 or A10 building in Venusberg Campus, part of the University Hospital Bonn. This venue offers state-of-the-art facilities, including well-equipped lecture halls, modern classrooms, and comfortable spaces for workshops and group activities.

Location and Transportation

  • From Cologne/Bonn Airport (CGN) to Venusberg Campus, Bonn: You can take a taxi from the airport to the campus, which is a convenient option. Alternatively, the bus SB60 connects the airport to Bonn central station, from where you can use local transportation, e.g., Bus 601/602, to reach Venusberg Campus.

  • From Frankfurt Airport (FRA) to Venusberg Campus, Bonn: The most efficient option is to take a high-speed train (ICE or IC) from Frankfurt Airport to Bonn Central Station. From there, local transportation, e.g., Bus 601/602, will take you to Venusberg Campus.

  • From Dusseldorf Airport (DUS) to Venusberg Campus, Bonn: You can take a direct train (RE5) from Dusseldorf Airport to Bonn Central Station. Once you arrive, local transportation options are available for the short journey to the campus.

Local Transportation in NRW:

North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) has an efficient public transportation system. You can use buses and trams to navigate the city of Bonn and the surrounding region.
